Acceptance and who may use the services
By using a Quasar service, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to that service. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Do not use the service if you cannot agree to the applicable terms.
These terms do not create a paid order or promise that a product or integration is available to everyone.
Services and changes
Quasar develops software, AI, automation, SaaS and customer communication tools. Features, integrations and availability depend on the product and any agreement with the customer. Illustrative interface content on the public website is not a live service specification.
We may maintain, improve or change features. Material commitments are defined in an applicable written agreement, if any.
Accounts and access
If an account is provided, keep access credentials confidential, use appropriate access controls and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for the people it authorizes and the permissions it grants them.
Do not share access beyond what the service or your agreement allows.
Connected services and Meta integrations
WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and other channels are independent services. Their availability, permissions, message rules, fees and data practices may change and are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for keeping required approvals and following channel-specific rules.
Quasar is not endorsed by Meta or any other channel provider. A channel named on our website is not a guarantee that it is enabled in your account.
Customer content and responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to the content and data you submit or connect, and for how your team communicates with its customers. You authorize Quasar to process that content only as needed to provide and support the requested service under the applicable arrangement.
Do not submit data that you are not entitled to use or that the configured service is not intended to handle.
AI-assisted output
AI features may generate suggestions, summaries, classifications or automated actions. Output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular customer. You and your authorized users should review it before relying on it, particularly for important communications or decisions.
The degree of automation and human oversight depends on the configuration selected by the customer.
Prohibited use
Do not use Quasar to break the law, violate another person's rights, send spam or abusive content, impersonate others, access accounts without permission, extract data outside authorized functionality, interfere with security, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or disrupt the service.
Do not use connected channels in ways their providers prohibit.
Intellectual property
Quasar and its licensors retain rights in the service, its software, design and documentation. You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the permissions needed for service delivery. Feedback may be used to improve the service without transferring ownership of your content.
Availability and third-party dependencies
We work to operate services responsibly, but uninterrupted access is not promised by these public terms. Maintenance, faults, internet conditions and connected platform changes can affect availability. Any specific service levels belong in a separate written agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably needed to address security risks, unlawful use, platform rule violations or material breach of applicable terms. Account closure and data handling follow the relevant customer agreement and Privacy Policy.
If you need deletion, follow the Data Deletion Instructions linked in the footer.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided subject to the descriptions and commitments in any applicable written agreement. This public page does not add a warranty, specific performance commitment or legal limitation that has not been agreed.
Any limits of liability are determined under the applicable agreement and law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these public terms as services evolve. The last-updated date shows when this version was revised. If a separate agreement requires notice or consent for a change, that agreement controls.
